Repair of Basement Leaks Between the Wall and Floor

basement floor to wall water leak in Providence, RI

A very common problem in New England basements that have water intrusion issues, is the seam between the concrete floor and concrete wall.

This basement floor to wall seam often leaks when the water table is high and forces water over the footing and into the floor of the basement.

We've repaired this type of issue in basements all over Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

How Is a Floor To Wall Leak Repaired?

After the seam is thoroughly cleaned, we used high pressure to inject a special compound that will seal the area between the footing and floor.

In some cases, the seam can't be sealed, so a French drain has to be installed.
